In Buutuo, small town in Liberia, at the border with Ivory Coast, thousands of ivorians have found refuge, waiting for the fightings to stop in their country. On april 1st, the pro-Ouattara forces take the state TV and radio building, albeit for a short time. The refugees believe that Laurent Gbagbo has left and for half an hour, spread all kinds of rumours and show their happiness on the market place.
