being a teenager was partly using a bike and not taking the bus like everyone else to go to school and back, and partly hoping to get my bike stolen in order to improve my social activities by taking the bus with everyone.

being an adult is partly having my bike stolen and partly realizing that my bike or any other transportation means weren’t merely the root of the problem.

that said, it’s just fine being an hermit, thank you.

the only problem with well-thought choices is when their consequences make you feel like you’ve made no choice at all.
